Bachelor of Religious Education (B.R.E.) with a major in Bible and a minor in Christian Education (4 year degree)

This degree is granted upon completion of 130 credit hours of academic work. Students in this program must maintain a grade point average of 2.0 (C) or higher. This degree is designed for those students planning to enter full-time Christian service. Students who successfully complete this degree will be equipped to serve in ministries such as the pastorate, church-planting, evangelism, missions, and youth ministries.

Bachelor of Religious Education (B.R.E.) with a major in Bible and a minor in Elementary Education (4 year degree)

This degree is granted upon completion of 131 credit hours of academic work and directed teaching. Students in this program must maintain a grade point average of 2.0 (C) or higher. This degree is designed for those students planning to enter Christian Educational ministries. Students who successfully complete this degree will be equipped to minister in missions, evangelism, and elementary education.

Bachelor of Religious Education (B.R.E.) with a major in Elementary Education and a minor in Bible (4 year degree)

This is granted upon completion of 132 credit hours of academic work and directed teaching. Students in this program must maintain a grade point average of 2.5 (C+) or higher. This degree is designed for those students who specifically desire to teach in a Christian Elementary school setting. Students who successfully complete this degree will be equipped to practice Biblical principles in their philosophy of education, teaching methodologies, and student-teacher relationships.

 

Graduate of Theology Diploma (Th.G) with a major in Bible (3 year diploma)

is granted upon completion of 102 credit hours of academic work. Students in this program must maintain a grade point average of 2.0 (C) or higher. There are no set educational prerequisites for students applying to this program. Although Secondary/High School graduation would be an asset, it is not a requirement. Students who desire to pursue the Graduate of Theology Diploma are advised that this diploma is not a valid prerequisite for the pursuit of any graduate (Masters) programs. A 4 year degree must be completed.

 

Associate of Arts Degree in Bible (A.A. 2 years)

This degree is granted upon completion of 68 credit hours or academic work. This program is primarily designed for the membership of churches located on St. Thomas which are affiliated with the college. However, this program is will be opened to all applicants who meet Bluewater’s admissions requirements.

 

Bible Certificate (1 year)

This certificate is offered through the Institute department of Bluewater Bible College & Institute. This program is primarily designed for the membership of churches located on St. Thomas which are affiliated with the college. However, this program will be opened to all applicants who meet Bluewater’s admissions requirements. There are no educational prerequisites for these courses of study.
